On Thursday 28 November, a large number of car convoys from across London are expected to form up and drive slowly around the Westminster area in Celebration of Albanian Independence Day. They will concentrate around the area surrounding Parliament Square, Westminster Bridge and York Road.
It is the intention of the police to keep roads open, but should safety and numbers dictate, there is a plan to close these roads if required: Parliament Square, Whitehall, Broad Sanctuary, St Margaret Street, Westminster Bridge, Addington Street and York Road
