Millbank (north) closed on 1 October 2024.
To mark the start of the legal year, a religious service will take place in Westminster Abbey in which judges will arrive from the Royal Courts of Justice. This will be followed by a reception at the Houses of Parliament hosted by the Lord Chancellor. To facilitate this there will be a closure of St. Margaret Street, Abingdon Street and Millbank between Parliament Square and Horseferry Road.
