Unfortunately HS2’s contractors have incurred a two week delay to phase 1 which will now not be completed until early July. This will have a knock on impact to the works.

• 8 July: 22:00 to 05:00 both directions lanes 2 & 3 closed
• 9 July: 00:00 to 05:00 full eastbound closure, westbound lanes 2 & 3 closed
• 10 July: 00:00 to 05:00 full westbound closure, eastbound lanes 2 & 3 closed
• 11 July: 00:00 to 05:00 westbound entry slip closed
PHASE 2: 12th to 28th JULY 2024
Eastbound: Lane 3 suspended for contraflow
Westbound: Lanes 2 and 3 suspended – Two lanes maintained with contraflow via eastbound lane 3

PHASE 3: 29th July to 11th August 2024
Eastbound: Lane 3 suspended for contraflow
